Rotary Youth Social Entrepreneurship Challenge 2009
- All Applicants should check their eligibility before submission and submit their signed participation form to confirm their entry. Submissions can follow later.
- All applicants will sign a Declaration form
- All Award/Competition entry submission must be in English. However, all supporting documents and materials can be accepted in national languages.
- All interviews would be conducted in English, however at least one bilingual representative must be present if the interview is to be conducted in other languages.
- All submissions should be original compositions of the team or individual in the team.
- All applicants are eligible for the mentoring, training and seminars conducted by related bodies.
- The entry submission should include the following:
- The submission format should be as per the Judging Criteria not exceeding 3500 words.
- It should also consist of the Executive summary of one or two pages
- There should be a short biodata of the team members with photographs.
- All supporting documents, testimonial and publications or press releases should be attached to support the submissions.
- A prototype or proof of concept of the project proposed
- A financial projection of the Business plan should be for a minimum period of 3 years.

- Team member’s biodata
- Synopsis of the project highlighting the Purpose of the project / the Cause being served / beneficiary or NGO involved if any, Outcomes definition, benchmark of achievements, Social Impact expected /Need definition and project uniqueness, Resource and skills required and initial Funding source. A few word on what motivated them to participate and what to they do if they won the competition
- Detailed Project Submission with less than 3500 words
- Financial projections for minimum 3 years
- Prototype or proof of concept of the project
